Migration is a dynamic process that has shaped human societies for centuries, yet in the contemporary era, globalization has introduced new dimensions to the migration experience, particularly in terms of cultural hybridity. This study explores the intersection of migration and cultural hybridity, analyzing how the displacement of individuals and groups contributes to the formation of new, hybrid cultural identities. By examining the lived experiences of migrants from South Asia to Europe and North America, the paper investigates the challenges of cultural adaptation, the negotiation of identity, and the impact of global communication technologies. The findings suggest that migration not only results in cultural fusion but also triggers tensions between assimilation and the preservation of original cultural practices. This research provides a critical examination of cultural hybridity within the context of modern migration patterns and aims to contribute to the broader understanding of identity formation in a transnational world
